The base of BLU is a blend of SHOOR, our mixed pickled vegetables, and Persian Pickled Cucumber brines. This proprietary blend is loaded with natural minerals, coming from assorted raw vegetables, also known as electrolytes! We squeeze a great amount of organic fresh lemons which we obtain from our local farmers markets. BLU is a lemonade; however, it's a Pickleade, cause the base of it is pickle juice! We use a hint of organic maple to create a pleasant lemonade flavor.
