We add different other ingredients like roots to add a subtle kick of flavor and a not-so subtle kick of nutrients to this probiotic tonic. The enzymes on this drink are fantastic help for our gut health and the overall wellbeing of our bodies. Our Kvass is also full of electrolytes, which are very important to replenish fluids as we lose them on our day-to-day activities.
The recommended serving size for this product is about 2-3 ounces, since it is very concentrated. Although if you'd rather drink it by the cupful, it would be perfectly fine!
