A spicy version of our amazing SHOOR, with our signature mix of cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, celery and cabbage, fermented over the course of three weeks in a brine infused with herbs garlic and Thai chilies. The end product is our perfectly crunchy SHOOR with just the right amount of sour, saltiness and hotness.
SHOOR can be enjoyed by itself as a snack or as a side to sandwiches, pizza, salads or anything you like. It’s so good you can get your kids will actually eat their vegetables!
