The Queen of Persian Pickled Vegetables, SHOOR, is a mix of cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, celery and cabbage, fermented over the course of three weeks in a brine infused with herbs and garlic. The end product is perfectly crunchy with just the right amount of sour and saltiness.
SHOOR can be enjoyed by itself as a snack or as a side to sandwiches, pizza, salads or anything you like. It’s so good you can get your kids will actually eat their vegetables!
SHOOR is available in 16oz and 32oz glass jars. It must be kept refrigerated.
